Looks like it will be a great show!!  I took part in the Public Library of Tellico Village's first Authors Fair.
I shared the stage with humor writer Sam Venable (briefly) before I read selections from my book "...Iris Lady."  What a delightful store! Just exactly what a bookstore ought to be.
We had a good turnout ... the draw of the Neilans name, you know.  Kathy Fearing, Cheryl Peyton, Sam Bledsoe and Marilyn Smith Neilans show off their books at the Norris TN fire department's fundraiser last weekend. Delicious BBQ, catered by Sarah Hensley, and live music by local musicians completed the lovely evening.
The Public Library at Tellico Village will be hosting an "Authors Fair" on October 18, 11 AM-1 PM.
Twelve local authors will be joining the always popular writer and columnist Sam Venable in reading from their works. The library will provide a selection of delicious gourmet sandwiches for a reasonable price of $10.00. Marilyn Smith Neilans will be one of the authors  Lisa Neilans Blair will be presenting this wonderful book at Bindings Bookstore in Albion, NY on September 7th from 1-3.  Marilyn Smith Neilans will join Lisa and will be presenting her book at Bindings Bookstore on September 7, and at the Albion Hoag Library on September 4 at 7 PM as well.

Four adventuresome young women, four new tires on the Oldsmobile sedan, and one cross country road trip ... in August, 1939. On our way to Grainger County to the Tomato Festival with the Authors Guild of Tennessee.
